Payment Instructions:
We require a non-refundable deposit payment of $200 for our Meet Santa Minis, which can be paid at the time of booking via etransfer to: info@cananstudio.com within 24 hours of your reservation. Your spot is not held without your deposit, and will be canceled.
Cancellation Policy:
The session cannot be canceled for any reason. The studio fee and booking time cannot be recuperated, and therefore you do have the option to provide your spot to another party of their choosing. If you are unable to find someone, the deposit amount is forfeit and cannot be used in the future.
You can request to switch rooms until all room options have been revealed. However, since your spot is reserved and prevents anyone else from booking that spot, switching dates/times or rooms is not allowed.
FAQs
Q- Is 15 minutes enough time for a family session?
A- It sure is! What makes our services stand out is that most of our sessions are done in a team of two, with an assistant that can help with little ones smiling that way all our sessions are very efficient while capturing beautiful photos. We usually shoot around 100 photos with a wide variety of poses for a 15-minute session, which gives you plenty of options to select your final photos from.
Q- Can our pet join the session?
A- We love it when furry family members join! Mint Room Studios and Preto Loft do charge a $50 pet fee as well as a $300 deposit which will be paid directly to the studio on the day of your session. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of the session. The Ruby Manor does not allow pets.
Q- How long will it take for me to receive our photos?
A- We deliver the initial gallery within 3-4 days, and once you have selected your final images, we will provide the final edited images within 2-3 days. All sessions at the last week before Christmas will receive their photos by December 24.
Q- How much is it for additional people to attend the shoot?
A- It is $35 per person.
Q- Can I request to have the raw photos?
A- We do not provide unedited or raw images from our sessions.
